Spring curries (vegetarian)

Come and join us for our spring curry feast.  Curry is known as a great winter food, but there are some delicious, light traditional Indian dishes which you will just love to learn how to cook. 

You will also take home a gift pack with an assortment of spice samples, fresh curry leaves and other seasonal goodies from the Bombay Cook Club garden.

On the menu:

Potato and pea samosas

Green chutney and cucumber sandwiches

Spicy coconut and vegetable stew with whole spices 

Tomato pilau 

Palak paneer

Rice and urad dal chilla (crepes)

Kachumber

Almond kulfi
