Anglo-Indian curry night

Indian home-cooking can be a chaotic and delicious mix of so many different cultural influences.  Anglo-Indian food, cooked by the De Souza side of my family, took its cue from British, Dutch and Portuguese cooking in both ingredients and techniques.  Join us for curry night to enjoy a very typical Anglo-Indian meal of curry puffs and chutney sandwiches, vindaloo, cutlets, potatoes and pilau.

Spicy mince cutlets

Bombay potatoes

Pilau rice
