A consciously vegetarian diet was adopted in India earlier than anywhere else in the world, beginning with the buddhists and the jains nearly 3,000 years ago. Indian vegetarian food is still one of the most well developed and delicious in the world.
Join us for curry night and enjoy a vegetarian meal with us, we'll be making samosas, fresh paneer, a palak paneer curry, a mixed vegetable curry, capsicum and besan stir-fry, rice and lentil khichri and finishing up with our famous kulfi for dessert.
