Paneer making

Join us to learn the art of making paneer, a traditional Indian white cheese.  We will use the paneer to make palak paneer, a paneer and spinach curry, and mattar paneer, paneer with green peas.  We will serve these curries for lunch with a seasonal vegetable, fresh kachumber, pilau rice and roti, and finish our meal with some traditional chai and indian sweets.
