In your masala dabba...

Cumin seed, red chilli powder, turmeric, mustard seed, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, peppercorn.

My vindaloo masala combines hand roasted cumin seed, red chilli powder, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves and peppercorn.

My bottle masala combines all above ingredients with the addition of roasted sesame seed, poppy seed, coriander seed, szechuan pepper, shah jeera, chana dal, saffron, paprika, nutmeg, allspice and star anise.

My freshly made spice blends take all the guess work out of flavouring your cooking with spices and are so easy to use.
